It might be sometimes difficult to find good, healthy and gluten-free crackers in shops. Have you ever thought about, how easy is to make them at home? I have been always buying them, but once I forgot to get some and they were just crucial for the dinner. So I tried to make them on my own. It was so easy! So, here they are, healthy, gluten-free and Vegan – Chickpea & Buckwheat crackers.
As they are so crunchy, they are a perfect mach with salads, vegetables, hummus or cheese, ham, and so on. Further more, you need only 4 ingredients! And, the good news is: you can cook them in oven or on a pan. I tried both and can’t really say, which ones I prefer. They are both crunchy and tasty.
