Five Stories of Tea – A Photography Challenge

by Lucia

Today is our Photography Friday and I would love to do it a little bit differently this time. I am so excited to introduce our weekly photography challenge: Five Stories of One Tea.

We all learn faster by practicing and now, being at home, we have a lot of time to cook, capture and experiment more.

If you feel uninspired, if you feel stuck and not creative, this is a great moment for you to join me.

This challenge is for everyone who wants to push themselves to think out of the box, who wants to experiment and learn how to work with what we have, being more creative.

No matter if you are at the beginning or advanced level, or you do photography professionally

This is the perfect time to practice, experiment and learn from each other.

The challenge is to capture 5 different stories/moments/images of a tea. Consider changing shooting angles, experiment with props, compositions or incorporate different textures into the images.

Remember, it’s about having fun, experimenting and being creative.

To create 5 different images of the same thing is not easy, so you will need to really open your mind, see things you have differently, it will push you to try something different, something you have never done before.

WHAT YOU GET IF YOU PARTICIPATE

There is no winner in this challenge but you will learn a lot. This challenge will push you to think out of the box and get out of your comfort zone. You will discover new angles, new compositions or props you have never used before.

HOW LONG IT LASTS; WHEN I SHOULD POST THE IMAGES

This challenge will last for one week, starting from today 27 March, till 3 April (Friday).

There is no specific day when to post the images, you can post them any time you wish within that week.

However, if you wish, feel free to post your images also after this date, please, do so, I will be very happy to see your photos.

WHAT IS THE GOAL OF THIS CHALLENGE

The goal is to learn from each other, get inspired, experiment more with what we have, and push our photography skills to the next level.
