Learn, how to manage client’s calls – how to handle a conversation, what questions to ask, and how to get information for preparing the quotation

During the call, we spoke about a call with clients. Often, it happens that clients don't know about how many images they need, or how the images should look like. It's our job to ask the right questions (act as a therapist 🙂 so we can get the specific answers from the client. This way, we can prepare the quotation for the project.
