They say that breakfast is the most important meal. Your body and brain need enough energy to start a new day. Have you ever asked how you can treat yourself better? Maybe more balanced breakfast, better quality food, or waking up earlier and have time to  enjoy morning together with your family?

In this category, you will find all my favourite gluten-free breakfast recipes. I use legumes as the main ingredient, therefore they will boost your energy for a whole morning.

All of my breakfast treats are a healthy,  gluten-free and lactose-free, therefore they don’t contain any butter or other heavy creams. They satiate you enough, but you do not feel heavy to start your day.

I create all these eats in my kitchen with love, and pack them with nutrients and positive energy. They are suitable for all your family members, adults or kids.
