Find your Accountability Partner for working together during the month

What it is

This is our first month of the Accountability Partner. This is where we pair you with another member and you can work together throughout the month and hold each other accountable.

How it works

Pairing opens on the 1th or 2nd day of each month and closes after 5 days after, so that we can get you matched with someone in our Members' Club. If you want to participate, please, fill in the registration form.  

How I get my partner

Based on your answers in the form, I will know who to pair you with. I will announce the accountability partners around the 5th day of each month, and you can work together during the month.

1. WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM MY ACCOUNTABILITY PARTNER PAIRING?

Getting matched with an accountability partner involves forming a partnership with another member, where you mutually agree to coach each other, provide feedback and hold each other accountable on a regular basis. You can do it via weekly or monthly calls, or you can text each other to check the progress. It's up to you how you schedule your conversations and how often you talk. It's for your benefit to speak regularly, so you can help each other to accomplish your goals for the month.

 

2. HOW LONG WILL I WORK WITH MY PARTNER? HOW OFTEN THE PARTNERS CHANGE?

The new pairing will happen every month. You can sign up for a new pairing again, or you can keep your partner for as long as you both agree. If you found a partner you wish to stay with for longer, it's absolutely allowed and very welcomed! 

 

3. HOW DO WE STRUCTURE OUR CONVERSATIONS?

It's important you are open to talk about your issues and give a constructive feedback. It's important also that you listen to and accept everything what your partner is telling you. These conversations are here to help you improve. 

I recommend to create an agenda that you both can share, and make sure you both have enough time to talk about everything you need. Also, make sure that you both get a change to share and talk about your progress, challenges or receive feedback. 

It's helpful to have paper and pen, so you can write down notes from your conversations and prepare a to-do list or an action plan. So after, you can check the progress you wanted to make during the month.
